Payments And Course Access
Course access, request payments, and teacher/student lifecycle actions are governed by the payment state shown in the platform. Do not rely on off-platform promises that are not reflected in the product or support confirmation.
Teacher And Content Standards
Teachers are responsible for keeping their profile, schedule, pricing, and course content accurate. Ceylon Scholar Desk may review, reject, or remove content that violates platform policy, safety requirements, or operational constraints.
Support And Operational Changes
Platform features, payment options, support processes, and role-specific workflows can change over time as Ceylon Scholar Desk improves the service. Material changes should be reflected in the product, support guidance, or updated policy pages.
